Krishna & Cattle - Print
The 'Madhubani' style of painting takes its name from the Madhubani region in India's northern state of Bihar. The images depicted in this art form are visually striking and painted in bright colours and detailed patterns.
Usually, madhubani art has religious subjects, telling stories of Hindu deities. Gaps between the figures were filled with brightly coloured trees, flowers, birds and geometric patterns.
Here, Krishna is seen with his flute, and his cattle are keenly listening to him.
The artwork is signed in Devanagari script (Hindi)
The prints will be giclée art printed on 100% cotton fibre base, a 230 GSM archival paper, printed archival inks.
