Song of the Tui Print
Song of the Tui depicts a beautifully painted native New Zealand Tui with patterns coming from it’s beak to surround it in a stylish oval. The patterns represent the bird song as well as the distinctive drawing style of artist Joe McMenamin. The Tui is a bold, beautiful sounding bird and can be seen eating kowhai and flax flowers.
This print is made with the process called “Liquid digital” which is a combination of inkjet and laser printing that gives a matte appearance, much like the acrylic paint of the original painting.
It is A2 (594mm x 420mm), signed and dated open edition.
